A Brief Overview

January 2010 – Dayna, our 16 year old daughter, began to have occasional headaches in January 2010 that eventually turned into a single constant 24/7 headache by August 2010. Over the counter medications did not help the pain. August 2010 - Dayna saw a neurologist and began taking prescription medications that did not relieve her headache. My daughter's headache began in Jan of 2010 as an occasional headache. She took over the counter meds to help alleviate the pain. In mid February she was diagnosed with mononucleosis. We attributed the headaches to her having mono as they subsided a bit as the mono improved. But, the headaches returned in July and by August she had a constant 24/7 headache.
